4-star wideout Daquayvious Sorey down to four schools
Chipley (Fla.) four-star wide receiver Daquayvious Sorey has been through the ringer in his recruitment. At one time committed to Georgia, he backed off that pledge and opened things back up in February.
Now though, he is down to just four schools, he told On3: Alabama, Auburn, Florida and Miami.
“These four schools have shown me so much love, and I feel like they will help me fulfill my potential and help me get to the league,” Sorey said.
He has visited each of the schools, except for Miami. He doesn’t currently have a date on the books with the Hurricanes, but is hoping to get to both Auburn and Florida next weekend.

“The important thing in my decision is communication and creating a stronger bonds with the coaches.
“Also, I am going to commit to a school that can mold me into the man and athlete that I’ve always wanted to become.”
Daquayvious Sorey is the No. 202 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
