San Jose (Calif.) Valley Christian four-star wide receiver Jurrion Dickey has announced his top five schools of Oregon, Penn State, UCLA, USC and Washington.

Dickey is the No. 86 overall recruit in the 2023 recruiting cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

He is the No. 35 prospect in the 2023 On300 ranking. The only players from California ranked ahead of Dickey are two five-star quarterbacks: Los Alamitos (Calif.) Five-Star Plus+ prospect Malachi Nelson and Long Beach (Calif.) Long Beach Poly’s Nico Iamaleava.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $24k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

The Ducks are the runaway favorite to land Dickey, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. Oregon has a 98.7% chance of grabbing the four-star wideout’s commitment.

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, expert predictions, social sentiment, visits, and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

The Ducks have two commits in the 2023 recruiting class: Chandler (Ariz.) Basha four-star cornerback Cole Martin and Layton (Utah) Layton Christian Academy three-star defensive lineman Tevita Pome’e.
