4-star wideout Williams Fowles down to four schools

Dade Christian School (Fla.) wide receiver William Fowles is down to four schools, he announced Monday afternoon on Twitter.
The 6-foot-2, 189-pound wideout is the No. 349 overall recruit in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally-weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also ranked as the No. 50 wide receiver and No. 65 recruit in Florida.

Among his top four are: Georgia, Miami, Ole Miss and Texas A&M.
Fowles named his top eight schools in April, which included Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas A&M and USF. But after offers in May from Georgia and Maryland, as well as a visit to Miami, his top schools changed quite a bit when he narrowed to six.
In nine games in 2021, Williams Fowles caught 47 catches for 1,100 yards and 19 touchdowns.
