On3 Director of Scouting and Rankings Charles Power has this to say about Culliver:
“Chris Culliver may be the most underrated prospect in North Carolina according to the recruiting industry,” Power said. “The 6-foot-2, 180-pounder had a great junior season at Maiden (N.C.) High, catching 62 passes for 1,310 yards and 26 touchdowns. Culliver is a smooth mover with coordinated ball skills. He also plays basketball and we expect him to run under 11.0 seconds in the 100-meter dash this spring.”
He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $19.8k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
