A couple schools are already ‘on top’ in IOL Cody Taylor’s recruitment

Greenwood (Ark.) three-star interior offensive lineman Cody Taylor is currently interested in Appalachian State, Arkansas State, Liberty, Memphis, Purdue and Vanderbilt. He is planning to visit all of these schools in the spring and also wants to see programs that haven’t offered him yet – including Kansas State – in the coming weeks.
“I’m very interested in checking out Purdue, Vanderbilt, Appalachian State, Liberty, Arkansas State, Florida Atlantic and Memphis,” Taylor told On3. “Some of my offers are fairly new, so I’m looking forward to meeting the staffs during spring practices, touring the facilities and checking out other areas to see which schools feel right.
“There are a couple that are on top right now, but there are also some that have changed on my offer list due to staff changes. So, I will see where I am in March and April. I’m really looking forward to finding a home and I’m ready to be committed somewhere.”

Taylor “definitely” wants to take official visits to Purdue and Vanderbilt. The No. 7 player in Arkansas is also hoping to be committed before the start of his senior year.
“Culture is important to me,” said Taylor, the No. 486 overall prospect and No. 43 interior offensive lineman in the 2026 On3 Industry Ranking. “I’m looking for a strong team, a great family atmosphere and a high expectation of winning. I want to go somewhere that will develop me well as an offensive lineman, be a place where I’m needed and where I can be an asset to the program. I’m also looking for an offensive scheme that fits my strengths.”
