The 2022 ACC Baseball Tournament will get underway on Tuesday at Truist Field in Charlotte, North Carolina. The pools and seeds were officially set following the conclusion of Saturday’s games. Now, the conference has fully unveiled the tournament’s schedule.

ACC teams are split into four three-team pools to open the 2022 baseball tournament. From Tuesday through Friday, teams will play one game against the other two teams in their pools. The team with the best record in each pool will then advance to the next phase of the tournament on Saturday. On Saturday, the pool winners will face off, with a trip to Sunday’s championship game on the line.

Virginia Tech earned the top seed in the 2022 ACC Baseball Tournament, and the Hokies are joined by No. 8 North Carolina and No. 12 Clemson in Pool A. No. 2 Louisville headlines Pool B, and the Cardinals will face off against No. 7 Georgia Tech and No. 11 Pitt. Pool C includes No. 3 Miami, No. 6 Wake Forest, and No. 10 NC State, while Pool D sees No. 4 Notre Dame, No. 5 Virginia, and No. 9 Florida State.

Many teams in the ACC are on the NCAA Tournament bubble, while others are fighting for seeding. Duke, the reigning ACC Baseball Tournament champions, failed to qualify for this year’s tournament. Boston College also failed to make this year’s field.
