Alabama 4-star LB commit Abduall Sanders taking OVs to 'Bama, Tennessee
Los Angeles Mater Dei four-star linebacker Abduall Sanders committed to Alabama on March 21 and that commitment remains solid, he tells On3’s Chad Simmons.
But that doesn’t mean that visits to other schools are off the table. Sanders said that he wants to make sure that he doesn’t miss anything about the high school experience, and that includes seeing different campuses.
Right now, the only school outside of Tuscaloosa getting a visit from the talented linebacker will be Tennessee.
Sanders will take an official visit to Knoxville the weekend of June 13. Linebackers coach William Inge is new to Knoxville after spending the last two seasons at Washington.
“Coach Inge, he was recruiting me at Washington,” Sanders said. “He loves me, I already know how he coaches and he’s a great coach. That’s someone that you want to be around.”
Despite Tennessee receiving a visit from Sanders, Alabama should feel confident about his commitment. He said that he doesn’t see himself flipping right now and that he’s locked in with the Tide. Sanders will officially visit Tuscaloosa the weekend of June 21.
“I feel a lot more relieved that the process is somewhat over,” Sanders said. “Other coaches are still trying to get me over to their schools and stuff, but I’m not even worried about that right now. I’m already committed, solidified where I want to go. So I’m just head down, working and getting ready.”

More on Abduall Sanders’ commitment
“Bama just feels like home but I also believe in Coach DeBoer and his staff’s vision and I’m ready to get to work.”
His relationship with the coaching staff and their plan for him played a role in his decision as well.
“I’m very close with Coach Womack, Coach DeBoer and Coach Morgan, and they plan to develop me into a player that can possibly build the team and continue the winning tradition at Bama.
