Alabama faces Vanderbilt in second round action
The Vanderbilt Commodores enter the second round of the SEC tournament on a two-game win streak. They absolutely demolished the Georgia Bulldogs on Wednesday with a final score of 86-51 to advance. The Commodores are still fresh in the minds of Nate Oats and the Crimson Tide. Vanderbilt came within two points of an upset versus Alabama in late February.
Alabama lost two of its last three since that win but are already locked in for the 2022 NCAA March Madness Tournament. It should be a high-scoring affair on Thursday night with Bama boasting a top-20 offense. The winner moves on to play No. 3 Kentucky in the late window on Friday.
