On3 Elite Series All Lobby Team: Top measurements for 2025 recruits
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – 43 of the nation’s top 2025 football prospects were in Nashville this week for the second annual On3 Elite Series, which educates and informs the prospects and their families how to safely navigate the NIL Era. The loaded group of talent included 22 of 32 On3 Industry five-star prospects.
All prospects were measured upon check-in, with the vast majority passing the eyeball test with flying colors. With that said, several prospects stood out among the group.
QB Bryce Underwood – LSU
Bryce Underwood checks in as On3’s No. 1 overall prospect and was the most physically impressive among the loaded quarterback group that featured 13 blue-chip prospects. The Belleville (Mich.) High product measured in at 6-foot-4, 214 pounds with a 10-inch hand, 34.5-inch arm and 6-foot-9.75 wingspan. Underwood, who committed to LSU in January, was among the youngest prospects in attendance, as he turns 17 years-old in August. The LSU commit has the frame to easily hold 230+ pounds as he continues to fill out at the college level.
QB Tavien St. Clair – Ohio State
Tavien St. Clair has prototypical size for the position, checking in at 6-foot-3.75, 225 pounds with a 9.5-inch hand. The Ohio State commit has excellent weight distribution throughout his frame and has a build that is ideal from operating and sustaining hits from within the pocket.
WR Kaliq Lockett
Kaliq Lockett was tied for the for both the longest arms and biggest hands among the wide receivers on hand. The Sachse (Texas) High standout checked in at 6-foot-1.5, 174 pounds with 33.5-inch arms and 10.25-inch hands. His length registers as elite for the position and manifests in a massive catch radius and the plus hand size allows for plucking the football away from his frame with ease. Lockett has officials to LSU, Texas A&M, Florida State and Texas.
OT Will Black – Notre Dame
Will Black sports a prototypical left tackle build. The Notre Dame pledge and On3 five-star outlier was the tallest player on hand, checking in at over 6-foot-7, 283 pounds. Black also registered plus length for the position with 34.25-inch arms to go with 9.75-inch hands. He owns a lean build with outstanding weight distribution. Black should easily be able to hold 310-315 pounds and maintain his top shelf athleticism after time in a college strength program.
OT Michael Fasusi
Michael Fasusi owns the longest arms among the four On3 Industry five-star offensive tackles in attendance. The Lewisville (Texas) High product checked in at 6-foot-5, 299 pounds with 34.88-inch arms and a 7-foot wingspan. Fasusi’s stout, barrel-chested build and elite length show up on the field on Friday nights, as he’s one of the more physical run blockers in the cycle. Fasusi is set to take official visits to Missouri, Texas A&M, Oklahoma and Texas.
EDGE Mariyon Dye
Mariyon Dye may have been the ‘first off the bus’ prospect on hand. The Elkhart (Ind.) Central prospect measured in at 6-foot-4.75, 268 pounds. Dye had the longest arms on hand at 35.5 inches, along with an elite 7-foot-1 wingspan to go with a 10-inch hand. A jumbo athlete with elite length to go with plus athleticism, Dye is one of the more physically-gifted prospects in the 2025 cycle. Official visits to Purdue, Georgia, Ohio State, Florida State and Tennessee are on tap.
EDGE Isaiah Gibson – USC
Isaiah Gibson posted some of the more unique measurements at the On3 Elite Series with the second-longest arms (34.88 inches) and tied for the longest wingspan (7-foot-1). Gibson has a big frame and room to add substantial mass. His rare length and stout build at 6-foot-3, 263 pairs with high-end athleticism that we saw on display as a junior and earlier this off-season with an impressive showing at Under Armour’s Atlanta camp. The USC pledge has six official visits on tap: Georgia, South Carolina, Auburn, Tennessee, Ohio State and Oklahoma.
EDGE Lance Jackson – Texas
Lance Jackson looks like a strength coach’s dream. We aren’t sure another prospect on hand carries their weight better than the Texas pledge. Jackson measured in at 6-foot-5, 270 pounds with 34-inch arms and 10-inch hands. He has the frame to add significant mass if needed and should be able to maintain his athleticism and movement skills to stay on the edge or potentially slide inside pending his ultimate size.
CB DJ Pickett
As far as cornerback prospects go, DJ Pickett looks like an extraterrestrial. The Five-Star Plus+ prospect has unique dimensions for the position, checking in at 6-foot-4, 180 pounds with 33.63-inch arms and an 6-foot-8 wingspan. Pickett pairs the rare stature and length with top notch athleticism, posting nine sub 11.0 second times in the 100 meters as a junior. The traits show up on Friday nights, with Pickett showing outstanding fluidity, two-way playmaking skills and physicality. LSU, Georgia, Miami and Oregon are set to receive official visits.

S JaDon Blair
In a group of tall, long defensive backs, JaDon Blair stood out. Blair was the tallest of the group, checking in at 6-foot-4.5, 195 pounds. Unsurprisingly, he also owns plus length with 33-inch arms. The size and length allow for positional versatility within the back half of a defense. Officials to South Carolina, Notre Dame, Florida State and Penn State are scheduled per the On3 Visit Center.
Other impressive measurements
+ Ohio State has commitments from a pair of Five-Star Plus+ corners in Devin Sanchez and Na’eem Offord. The pair is both have good size for the position, but it’s their impressive length that helps them be ballhawks in the secondary. Sanchez measured at 6-foot-2 with a wingspan of 6-foot-5.25 and Offord was over 6-foot-1 with a wingspan of 6-foot-6.
+ Five-Star Plus+ wide receiver Dakorien Moore measured with some of the largest hands in attendance and the largest among the wide receivers at 10.25 inches. That’s rare hand size for a 5-foot-11, 185-pound receiver. Tennessee commit Radarious Jackson, Travis Smith and Oregon pledge Dallas Wilson all measured in with plus size and length.
+ North Carolina quarterback pledge Bryce Baker tied Bryce Underwood for the largest hands among signal callers, checking in at over 6-foot-2, 200 pounds with 10-inch hands. + On3 Industry five-stars Jonah Williams and Michael Terry are two of the more intriguing prospects in the cycle with their combination of size and athleticism. Williams is a big, athletic defensive back, checking in at over 6-foot-3, 206 pounds. Terry is a true Swiss Army knife who could feasibly play five or more positions at the college level and checked in at a well-built 6-foot-2.5, 211 pounds.
