Arch Manning has $1.6 million NIL Valuation from On3
As he continues to go through the recruiting process, Five-Star Plus+ quarterback Arch Manning has quickly become one of the biggest — if not the biggest — high school football recruits in the modern era of recruiting. And despite almost no use of social media, Manning has become a sensation on the field, on the recruiting trail and in the NIL market.
All of this is happening, even though he’s a high school junior. His last name and relation to a pair of famous uncles and a legendary grandfather don’t hurt in that regard. The Manning name carries more weight than any other in the football stratosphere. But Arch Manning is much more than a flashy last name. Furthermore, should he ever embrace his skyrocketing fame, there’s no shortage of money to be made off of it. He won’t reach his uncle Peyton’s reported $150 million in endorsement earnings, at least not as a college athlete. But it could be the beginning of a very lucrative career outside the lines in the NIL world.
As part of On3’s continued rollout of its one-of-a-kind athlete database, the latest iteration includes the On3 NIL Valuation. And the high school football player with the highest projected value is none other than Arch Manning.
Arch Manning tops On3 High School Football NIL Rankings
Arch Manning’s On3 NIL Valuation is $1.6 million, which tops the On3 High School Football NIL Rankings and is fifth overall in the On3 NIL 100.
The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time. The On3 NIL 100 is the first of its kind and the defacto NIL ranking of the top 100 high school and college athletes ranked by market valuation.
His value has remained steady at $1.6 million since early January. But his On3 NIL Valuation should start to climb as he gets closer and closer to a college decision.
That’s especially true since he’s considering Alabama, Texas and Georgia — three of the strongest brands in college football.
His On3 NIL Valuation is also expected to skyrocket once he makes a decision and fans of that program become Manning fans.
Bama, Texas, UGA lead in Manning’s recruitment
After visiting Georgia last Friday, the New Orleans (La.) Isidore star is in Austin this weekend for an unofficial trip with the Texas Longhorns. Manning is also visiting Alabama on the first weekend of April. He’s also expected to visit LSU at some point this spring as well, according to On3’s Sam Spiegelman.

Arch Manning ranks as the No. 1 player, No. 1 quarterback and the top player in Louisiana, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also a Five-Star Plus+ prospect, meaning he is tabbed a five star by each of the four major recruiting services.
According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, the Crimson Tide and Longhorns are the top teams on Arch Manning’s list.
The On3 RPM says Alabama has a 40.2% chance of landing Manning, while Texas is at 35.4%. Georgia is listed third at 16.5% and Ole Miss is at 3.9%.
Moreover, it’ll be interesting to see if the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine makes a move after this weekend. Longhorn insiders, like Eric Nahlin with On3’s Inside Texas, firmly believe it’s Texas that’s actually in the driver’s seat in Manning’s recruitment.
“We’re not particularly fond of Alabama’s chances at the moment,” Nahlin said. “Given their pursuit of former Texas A&M commit Eli Holstein, the second-best quarterback in Louisiana for 2023, Bama doesn’t seem to feel all that great either.
“It must be stressed that while UT is in a good spot, it’s not over. Starting later today, this remains a big weekend for Texas. But it’s also a golden opportunity for the staff, the players, the school, and the city, to shine in holistic ways that appeal to Arch. The hope is to move this recruitment one step closer to closure.”
