Chanhassen (Minn.) three-star tight end Kade Bush has committed to Arkansas, he announced on Thursday.

He chose the Razorbacks while also holding offers from Kansas State, Washington State and others.

Bush is the No. 68 tight end and No. 8 player in Minnesota in the 2026 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the No. 1,147 recruit overall.

Head coach Sam Pittman and the Hogs extended an offer to Bush at the end of January and got him down to Fayetteville for a spring visit earlier this month. Not long after, the 6-foot-4, 205-pounder is committed to the SEC program.

Arkansas adds another piece to 2026 class

Bush joins an Arkansas recruiting class that now totals 11 commits to date and ranks No. 26 in the nation, according to the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings. He’s the fifth pledge on the offensive side of the ball for the Hogs thus far.

Texarkana (Texas) Liberty-Eylau four-star wide receiver Dequane Prevo is the top-ranked commit in the class, checking in as the No. 262 recruit and No. 42 WR in the nation. He pledged on Nov. 24 last fall.

“I have known coach Sam Pittman for a long time and that relationship was key,” Prevo told On3’s Chad Simmons. “Arkansas offered me early and I have been talking with coach Pittman for a few years now. He is a great man, he is a great coach and he cares about his players. Our relationship is great.”

Durant (Okla.) four-star EDGE Colton Yarbrough and Lawton (Okla.) MacArthur three-star safety Adam Auston each committed back in August. Both are top-10 recruits in the Sooner State this cycle.

Auston is one of five defensive backs in the class already. San Diego University City three-star safety Tay Lockett has long been committed to Pittman and Co., as he pledged on Aug. 24, 2023. Valdosta (Ga.) three-star cornerback Jalon Copeland, Fayetteville (Ark.) three-star safety Kyndrick Williams and Rockwall (Texas) three-star CB Jack Duckworth are also in the mix.

Elgin (S.C.) Gaffney three-star quarterback Jayvan Gilmore also committed last August and is now the No. 46 signal-caller in the cycle. Other commits in the class include Farmerville (La.) Union Parish three-star interior offensive lineman Ari Slocum and Hot Springs (Ark.) Lakeside three-star IOL Tucker Young.

The class currently ranks No. 11 in the SEC, ahead of Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, Missouri and Kentucky.
