Arkansas, Ole Miss offer 2024 4-star S Brandon Jacob
Orlando (Fla.) Evans four-star safety Brandon Jacob received offers from Arkansas and Ole Miss on Friday. He announced the news over social media.
Jacob is the No. 305 overall prospect and No. 24 safety in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 44 player in Florida.
On3 rates Jacob higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. Per the 2024 On300, he is the No. 224 overall prospect, No. 20 safety and No. 27 player in Florida.

The 6-foot-2, 170-pound defensive back holds 26 offers. He recently received one from Florida and told Corey Bender of Gators Online that if he “dropped a top 10 soon, they would be in it.”
“It was just a different feeling getting an offer from UF after seeing everything they’ve been trying to rebuild,” Jacob shared with Bender. “My relationship with the staff is pretty cool because we have been talking before I even got the offer. I feel like with their fits and schemes, I can be an all-around DB on the field here.”
