Auburn consensus four-star running back commit Damari Alston wants to play with consensus four-star offensive tackle Malik Agbo really, really badly.

About 10 days ago, Alston tweeted that he wants Agbo to “come block for me and (Auburn four-star quarterback commit Holden Geriner).”

And now he tweeted at Agbo on Saturday, telling him to drop Florida from his list of schools and join him on the Plains.

Agbo’s top five schools are Auburn, Florida, MiamiOklahoma, and Texas.

The tweet came in the midst of the Gators’ shocking freefall over the last few weeks that seems to have reached a new low Saturday afternoon against Samford. The Bulldogs led Florida 42-35 at the half at the Swamp. The 42 points were the most ever allowed by the Gators. And it came against a 4-5 FCS team.

Alston isn’t the only commit who is expressing their desire to play with Malik Agbo.

Three-star offensive tackle Drew Bobo tweeted at Agbo on Friday to
commit to the Tigers.

Malik Agbo is on an official visit to Auburn this weekend

Malik Agbo is visiting Auburn for the first time since receiving an offer from the school in

The No. 338 overall recruit in the On3 Consensus — a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies — Agbo is excited to visit the campus.

“I am very observant, so now when I get to Auburn, I want to see the fit. I want to see how I bond with the players and I want to see how I feel on the campus,” Agbo said. “Can I live there for three or four years? Do I love it there? Those are questions I will be asking myself on this visit and the one to Florida. It will be about the little things for me.”

He has one more visit scheduled to Florida next week.

But if Damari Alston got his way, Malik Agbo wouldn’t be making the trip.
