Marina Puhalj has exceeded expectations by combining her extraordinary talent with hard work and a can-do attitude. She was hired to produce graphics for social media, but she does so much more. Almost everything on the On3 social media accounts is something that she designed. Marina has volunteered to help out national talent with commitment graphics, edits, and other design needs. She has pitched in on designing logos, podcast graphics, and video backgrounds. It doesn’t matter what time of day, holiday, weekend, or weekday, Marina is always available and happy to help out. We are lucky to have her on our team.

Over the past month, Jeremy Birmingham “Birm” has put on a master class in making the most of an opportunity. Through a combination of hard work, team-first attitude, and skill, Birm has positioned himself as a rising star in the recruiting industry. He has gone out of his way to help source photos, quotes, contact info, data, and much more for other reporters in our organization. In short, he goes far beyond his job description to do anything that helps On3 win. Birm is the best example of someone who understands the incredible opportunity that On3 provides and how to capitalize on it.
KSR Editor-in-Chief, Tyler Thompson, is a pro and one of our industry’s superstars. This past month, in addition to her regular duties, including content production and editorial management, she went above and beyond to make the transition to On3 a success. Tyler’s ability to manage writers and continue to be an authority on Kentucky sports is remarkable.
