LOOK: Austin weatherman hilariously trolls Texas ahead of Alabama game
One Austin-area weatherman woke up and chose violence on Thursday. Avery Tomasco, a Texas A&M alum, incessantly trolled the Texas Longhorns on Twitter, starting with a severe weather warning that included a realistic-looking weather graphic gif from his station CBS Austin. Tomasco warned against the Longhorns taking on No. 1 Alabama on Saturday.
“BREAKING: I know it’s early, but I’m expecting a flash flood warning to go into effect at 11 AM on Saturday in Austin,” Tomasco tweeted. “A mix of longhorn sweat and tears will lead to rapidly rising water levels in DKR. Please plan accordingly! Turn Around, Don’t Play Bama #atxwx”
The initial tweet is accompanied by a graphic that shows Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium filling up with “tears” and “sweat,” with a Crying Jordan meme in the middle of the field. Despite the local weatherman’s “report,” the Austin area is projected to have just a 9% chance of rain on Saturday with a high of 94 degrees.

Local weatherman trolls Texas, Quinn Ewers
Tomasco acknowledged how his Longhorns fans who follow him will respond. He followed up the initial troll with a tweet with a Viola Davis ‘aight I’ma head out’ gif.
He also referenced the University of Texas players’ ongoing disputes with the campus parking enforcement.
“Your car belongs to Saban after this weekend, Quinn,” Tomasco tweeted with a photoshop of Nick Saban towing a car away.

After the Longhorns’ win over ULM this weekend, Quinn Ewers tweeted: “How’d I get towed during the game (laughing face emoji).” Well, Steve Sarkisian knows exactly how it happened.
Sarkisian defended the UT parking enforcement on Monday after his star quarterback’s car got towed on Saturday.
“He’s got to park where he’s supposed to park,” Sarkisian said with a laugh, via Joe Cook. “He wasn’t where he was supposed to be parking on game day.”
Texas versus Alabama kicks off at 12 p.m. ET in Austin on Saturday. ESPN’s College GameDay is broadcasting from the Forty Acres as well.
