Robinson, a former Georgia starting linebacker, was Auburn’s linebackers coach this season after four seasons as the linebackers coach at Florida. Robinson was also Florida’s interim defensive coordinator in 2021.
Before Auburn and Florida, Robinson was a graduate assistant at Mississippi State (2017), Ole Miss (2015-16) and Georgia (2013-14).
As a linebacker at Georgia from 2009 to 2012, Robinson made 17 starts and finished his career with 159 tackles and 22.5 tackles for loss.

At Baylor, Robinson will take over for Ron Roberts, who handled the Bears’ inside linebacker group the last three years in addition to being the team’s defensive coordinator.
Robinson will work under Dave Aranda, who just finished his third season Baylor’s head coach, and Matt Powledge, who was just hired as the Bears’ new defensive coordinator after spending this season as co-defensive coordinator and safeties coach at Oregon.
