Mark Ingram to replace Reggie Bush on Big Noon Kickoff
When you turn your television on this fall for some college football, the Big Noon Kickoff panel is going to look different. Former USC star Reggie Bush is no longer with FOX after a reported contract dispute. However, another running back has been brought in to replace him in Mark Ingram.
The former Alabama star will be joining Big Noon Kickoff, with the move officially being announced on Thursday. Ingram is fresh off his retirement from the NFL and is now moving into the media world. His first national gig is a pretty good one, getting to join Rob Stone, Matt Leinert, and Urban Meyer on FOX’s pregame show.
“I’m thrilled to join FOX Sports and BIG NOON KICKOFF”, Ingram said in a statement. “I can’t wait to feel the energy and excitement every Saturday, alongside some of the most talented and entertaining names in our sport, at the biggest games in college football – I’m ready for the Fall!”
Ingram is undoubtedly an SEC guy, winning a national championship with Alabama. However, FOX has the rights to the Big Ten, Big 12, and Pac-12, with most of their on-campus broadcasts occurring within those conferences.
Just once has an SEC program been at the center of Big Noon Kickoff. When Alabama visited Texas in Week 2 of the 2022 season, the FOX crew went down to Austin and covered the game. Otherwise, there has not been much hands-on SEC coverage.

Either way, Ingram has the opportunity to bring that spice to Big Noon Kickoff. People at FOX are excited for him to get started as well, getting going in just a few months.
“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Heisman Trophy-winner and BCS National Champion Mark Ingram to the FOX Sports family,” FOX Sports President of Production and Operations, Executive Producer Brad Zager said. “Mark’s infectious personality, outstanding playing credentials and above all passion for the game is what makes him such an invaluable asset to our team. With him on board, BIG NOON KICKOFF will continue to provide viewers with unparalleled analysis and commentary each and every Saturday.”
There are already a few Big Noon Kickoff dates announced, with Colorado–TCU in Fort Worth being first up. The following week, the Buffaloes will be playing host to former Big 8 rivals Nebraska, pitting Deion Sanders and Matt Rhule up against one another.
Ingram will be getting his FOX career kicked off in incredible fashion.
