There will be plenty to talk about at Big Ten media days this summer with the addition of several new schools to the conference for the 2024 season.

The schedule for the 2024 Big Ten football media days has been released, including when new additions USC, UCLA, Washington and Oregon will meet with the media.

Here’s the full schedule, which was released Monday morning:

DAY 1 (July 23): Illinois, Northwestern, Ohio State, Purdue, Rutgers, Wisconsin
DAY 2 (July 24): Iowa, Michigan State, Nebraska, Penn State, UCLA, USC
DAY 3 (July 25): Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Oregon, Washington

The event will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. In addition to representatives from six schools speaking on the first day of the event, Big Ten commissioner Tony Petitti will also speak with the media that day.

More information about Big Ten media days will be released in the coming months, including media schedules and which student athletes will attend.

Michigan has won the Big Ten title each of the past three seasons. However, the Wolverines are unlikely to be the favorites to make it four in a row in 2024.

Michigan lost head coach Jim Harbaugh to the NFL, and several top players and assistants are now joining him at the next level.

Ohio State also picked up some major additions from the transfer portal.

Other major storylines for the 2024 season include: Wisconsin coach Luke Fickell and Nebraska coach Matt Rhule looking to take a step forward in Year 2 with their programs. Michigan State coach Jonathan Smith, UCLA coach DeShaun Foster and Washington coach Jedd Fisch entering their first season as the head coach at their schools. And finally, how USC, UCLA, Washington and Oregon will perform in the Big Ten.

ESPN recently updated its Way Too Early top 25 for the 2024 college football season.

As far as Big Ten teams, it has Ohio State at No. 2, Oregon at No. 3, Penn State at No. 8 and Michigan at No. 13.

We are less than six months away from the start of the 2024 college football season. Media days will kick off a couple of months before that. It won’t be long before programs are discussing a new-look Big Ten ahead of the 2024 season.
