Lee is the No. 95 overall prospect and No. 9 cornerback in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 4 player in Maryland.
On3 rates the 5-foot-11.5, 160-pound defensive back higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. Per the 2024 On300, Lee is the No. 88 overall prospect and No. 2 player in Maryland.

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

“I want to go somewhere where it’s very family-oriented,” Lee told David Eckert of BlueWhiteIllustrated on March 17. “That’s one of the major points and keys I’m looking for. I want to go somewhere where it’s just a brotherhood. It’s not just football. It’s deeper than that, and make sure all the connections fit.
“I want to be able to call my decision my second home, and my parents be comfortable with me going there along with myself. I just want to be at home wherever I go.”
Lee has an On3 NIL Valuation of $66K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
