2025 OT Austin Pay commits to BYU Cougars
American Fork (Utah) Lone Peak three-star offensive tackle Austin Pay has committed to BYU.
He chose the in-state Cougars over Oklahoma and Oregon. Pay is the younger brother of current BYU center Connor Pay.
Pay is the No. 569 overall prospect and No. 35 OT in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 5 player in Utah.
The 6-foot-7, 275-pounder took his official visit to Provo in June and now becomes commitment No. 17 for Kalani Sitake and the Cougars this cycle. BYU’s recruiting class ranks in the nation, according to the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings.
