Carolina Panthers Wednesday injury report vs. New Orleans Saints
The Carolina Panthers have released their injury report on Wednesday ahead of their week two matchup against the New Orleans Saints. Of the players on the report, three players are listed as questionable still and participated in limited practice on Wednesday.

The Panthers have three players listed on the injury report that participated in full practice on Wednesday.
Safeties Justin Burris and Sean Chandler both are expected to be ready on Sunday. Burris is recovering from a neck injury, while Chandler is coming back from a hamstring injury. Joining them is receiver Shi Smith who participated in full practice and is listed with a shoulder injury.
In more concerning news, two of the three players still limited in practice are both starting guards John Miller and Pat Elflein. Both players are listed as questionable via ESPN as of Wednesday. While the health of starting linemen is already concerning enough, Elflein is currently the only backup center listed on the Panthers depth chart behind Matt Paradis.
Starting defensive tackle DaQuan Jones was also limited in practice as he recovers from a groin injury. Jones is also currently questionable per ESPN for Sunday’s game against the Saints.

Saints dealing with injuries
The Saints held most of their injured players completely out of practice on Wednesday, with ten players total on their injury report.
Three defensive starters are currently dealing with injuries. Linebacker Kwon Alexander and defensive end Marcus Davenport are both listed as questionable per ESPN and did not practice on Wednesday. Cornerback Marshon Lattimore is listed as doubtful by ESPN with a hand injury.
On the offensive side, starting center Erik McCoy is marked as doubtful by ESPN for Sunday with a calf injury and third string quarterback Trevor Siemian is questionable with an illness.
Linebacker Chase Hansen and defensive back C.J. Gardner-Johnson both participated in limited practice on Wednesday, but both are still listed as questionable by ESPN for Sunday against the Panthers.
