After a weekend full of upsets in college hoops, CBS Sports has updated their Top 25 and 1 rankings with some new additions to the list. The biggest shakeup at the top came after Kentucky’s dominant win over Kansas, winning by 18 on the Jayhawks’ home court.

The biggest event of the week was the SEC-Big 12 Challenge, where the SEC won out 6-4 on a Saturday filled with great games. Newly ranked as No. 1, Auburn continued their streak by beating Oklahoma 86-68. Texas Tech handled Ole Miss easily, but their loss earlier in the week to Kansas kept them near the middle of the top 25.

Aside from Kentucky’s huge win, the most shocking result from Saturday’s matchups was Alabama knocking off No. 4 Baylor. The upset win pushed Alabama into the CBS’ Top 25 and 1 rankings, as Alabama has now defeated three of the four teams in last year’s Final Four.

Rounding out the upsets from the SEC-Big 12 Challenge, Texas defeated Tennessee, putting them above the Volunteers in the Top 25 and 1. LSU continues their slide as they fell to TCU, as the Tigers have now lost four of their last five games. Despite the slide, LSU’s win over Kentucky and a strong record in Quadrant 1 and 2 games has them remain highly ranked.

Outside of the SEC-Big 12 Challenge, the week also saw shakeups from big wins for UCLA, Providence and Illinois. Providence took down Xavier 65-62, while the Fighting Illini earned a big win by beating Michigan State 56-55.

UCLA is riding a six-game winning streak after an impressive win over Arizona, 75-59. The Bruins jumped the Wildcats on the CBS Sports rankings, but a rematch between the two schools on Thursday could shake up their spots again.

As the NCAA Tournament picture begins to develop and upsets continue, here is the latest CBS Top 25 and 1 rankings.
