CJ Stroud jumps Bryce Young in updated 2022 Heisman Trophy odds
Put some respect on his name — C.J. Stroud has jumped Bryce Young in the latest Heisman Trophy odds via Vegas Insider.
Last season, Stroud got a free trip to New York, but was forced to watch as Young made his speech, thanked his support group and accepted the honor. Being a Heisman finalist is fantastic, but Stroud wants more, and it’s evident many believe he can join the Heisman fraternity.
In addition to the duo of Stroud and Young, new USC quarterback Caleb Williams is right behind them in Vegas’ list of favorites for the Heisman in 2022. After winning the job in Norman, Williams threw for 1,912 yards and scored 27 total touchdowns as OU closed the year with an 11-2 record. He’s attempting to do all that and more as he reunites with Lincoln Riley in Los Angeles this season.
