The USA TODAY Coaches Poll Top 25 has been updated following a stimulating fourth week for the 2024-2025 men’s college basketball season.

Feast Week featured a litany of shocking results, including the Connecticut Huskies falling three times over the last week. However, there were a myriad of other teams who helped their resumes, like the Auburn Tigers and Oregon Ducks.

With that in mind, the sport’s brightest coaching minds put their brains together to come up with some rankings after Week 4. Check out the Top 25 below, and see if your team made the cut following the second week of a new campaign.

1. Kansas

Kansas notched another big win for their resume over the last week, when they defeated the Duke Blue Devils by three. The Jayhawks followed that up with a win over Furman on Saturday, dismantling their opponent by 35 points.

To start the month of December, Kansas will play twice. First, they’ll face Creighton on Wednesday in the Big 12-Big East Battle, and then they’ll travel to take on Missouri on Sunday afternoon.

2. Auburn (+1)

Auburn played three games in Maui, and the Tigers won them all in impressive fashion. Iowa State, North Carolina and Memphis all fell to Bruce Pearl’s team, as they remained undefeated.

There’s no rest for the weary though. Auburn will travel to take on Duke in the SEC/ACC Men’s Challenge on Wednesday, followed by a home showdown with Richmond on Sunday afternoon this week.

3. Tennessee (+3)

Tennessee didn’t have to face the rigorous schedule some of the other top teams did over the past week, but the Volunteers got the job done all the same. They defeated UT Martin by 43 points last Wednesday.

They’ll have a busy week this time around though. A showdown with Syracuse in the SEC/ACC Men’s Challenge will take place in Knoxville on Tuesday evening.

4. Marquette (+7)

Marquette made a massive jump after some fascinating results throughout the college basketball world. The Golden Eagles simply minded their own plate over the last week, defeating Stonehill and West Carolina.

They’ll have a couple of tall tests this week though. Marquette will face Iowa State in the Big 12-Big East Battle on Wednesday, and Wisconsin later in the week on Saturday afternoon.

5. Iowa State

Iowa State took care of business in Maui after falling to Auburn on Monday evening. The Cyclones rebounded quite nicely, with wins over Daytona and Colorado later in the week, prior to Thanksgiving.

As they return home, it won’t get much easier. Iowa State has a battle against Marquette in the Big 12-Big East Battle slate for Wednesday, but at least it’ll take place in Ames.

6. Kentucky (+2)

Kentucky continued their undefeated campaign over the past week. The Wildcats notched two wins, defeating Western Kentucky and Georgia State during Feast Week.

Next up for Mark Pope and company is a showdown with Clemson in the SEC/ACC Men’s Challenge. Then, they’ll travel to face 7-1 Gonzaga in the Battle in Seattle. Not an easy task for Kentucky.

7. Purdue (+5)

Purdue had a fun Feast Week, defeating NC State and Ole Miss on their way to being victorious in the Rady Children’s Invitational. The Boilermakers are now 7-1 on the season, looking like a contender.

8. Gonzaga (-4)

Gonzaga started off their week with a loss to West Virginia, but they rebounded nicely with a couple of wins. Indiana and Davidson were their victims, as the Bulldogs got back on track.

They’ll enjoy a couple of days off, before a huge showdown with Kentucky in the Battle in Seattle. The Wildcats are undefeated, and looking to stay that way against Gonzaga.

9. Duke (+1)

Duke started off their Feast Week with a tough loss to top-ranked Kansas. Falling by only three point, it was a heartbreaker for the Blue Devils, but they came back with a win over Seattle U on Friday.

This coming week brings some interesting competition to their doorstep. First, Duke will face Auburn as part of the SEC/ACC Challenge on Wednesday, before a trip to face Louisville on Sunday evening.

10. Oregon (NR)

Oregon jumped into the Top 25 and then some, as they’re No. 10 after being unranked in the previous Coaches Poll. The Ducks are 8-0, and they put themselves on the map with an electric performance in the Players Era Festival, accumulating wins over Texas A&M, San Diego State and Alabama.

They’ll be hoping to keep the good times rolling as conference play begins. Oregon will face USC on Wednesday, and UCLA on Sunday.
