Week 5 of the college football season is on the clock and conference play is heating up. With important matchups across the country that will play into the College Football Playoff race and battles for conference titles, it’s another key week for all, including the folks setting the point spreads.

And with familiar opponents and stiffer competition, the challenges for the oddsmakers in the desert are picking up. With big ranked matchups like AlabamaArkansas, KentuckyOle Miss, Oklahoma StateBaylor and NC StateClemson, it should be another big betting weekend, too.
