College football's Maxwell Award unveils preseason watch list
The 2023 college football preseason is upon us, which means loads of preseason rankings and watch lists, the latest of which came from the prestigious Maxwell Award, who named a hefty group of players to its own preseason watch list.
Of course, the Maxwell Award is one of college football’s longstanding annual honors, which is given to the athlete deemed to be the best all-around player in college sports. Recent champions include Bryce Young, Caleb Williams, Joe Burrow and Davonta Smith. As for who will be next, you can read the entire preseason Maxwell Award watch list right here:
