Coveted 2024 CB Raemon Mosby cuts list down to nine schools
Atlanta (Ga.) Westlake 2024 cornerback Raemon Mosby is working toward a decision. The 6-foot, 175-pound cornerback is down to nine schools.
Mosby will continue to consider, Cincinnati, Duke, Georgia Tech, East Carolina, Louisville, Mississippi State, Indiana, Tulane and West Virginia. Mosby holds 23 offers.
The group of schools that he’s focused on at the moment have been in his recruitment since his sophomore year.
Mosby feels he has a lot of chemistry among his nine finalists though his recruitment could go into the football season.
“I choose these schools as my top schools because those schools are recruiting me hard,” Mosby told On3. “Some of them have been around since my sophomore year and have been communicating with me up to now”
Mosby hasn’t visited all of the schools on his list but the communication has made him feel like a priority at all of them.
“I haven’t been up to some of these schools but the love they show and the communication is like I’m wanted,” Mosby said.
Mosby hasn’t set any official visits as of now. He had set one for Louisville but has rescheduled and pushed back to potentially ‘late in the summer’ or during the season.

A look at Raemon Mosby’s contenders
On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine favors hometown Georgia Tech at the moment. The Yellow Jackets have a 36.8 percent chance of landing the three-star cornerback.
Mosby is likely to take an official visit to Georgia Tech this summer. He visited Georgia Tech last back on April 15. Mosby enjoyed the visit.
“It was good,” Mosby said. “They were happy for me to be there and they want to build a strong relationship.”
He’s also in the process of setting up visits with Cincinnati, Tulane, Indiana and East Carolina.
Mosby is originally from Louisiana. Tulane caught his attention with a strong season in 2022.
“I know a lot about the program, I have some former teammates there, and it’s a tradition there,” Mosby said in a previous interview. “It’s in the city, it’s representing Mardi Gras.”
Mosby currently has a NIL Valuation of 22K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
