Coveted ATH Jadan Baugh announces top six schools
Decatur (Ga.) Columbia three-star athlete Jadan Baugh is down to six schools. Baugh accumulated nearly 20 offers over the last few years.
Baugh will consider Arkansas, Florida, Georgia Tech, Georgia, South Carolina and Louisville moving forward. He was originally set a commitment date for Nov. 4 back in October of 2022.
He did not commit at that time. Baugh feels better about where things are in his recruitment at the moment. He’s starting to trend toward a potential early summer commitment now that he’s done some deliberating with his family.
Baugh felt wanted and at home with each of his remaining schools.
“Being out there and getting to see it gives you a better outlook on things,” Baugh told On3. “There are schools in particular that made me feel at home and they made me feel wanted.”
On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine favors Tennessee at the moment. The Volunteers have a 45.9 percent chance of landing the three-star athlete. The Volunteers weren’t included in Baugh’s top six.
Jadan Baugh breaks down his contenders
Florida: “They came around a little later in the process. When I first talked with them, they just wanted to get me down there. I didn’t feel the bond until I got down there. Seeing things made me feel better about them.”
Louisville: “I like them a lot. I talk to their coaches every other day. The relationship just keeps getting stronger and stronger. They’ll definitely be one of my official visits.”

Georgia Tech: “They’ve been on me hard. They’ve brought more pressure lately. At first, they didn’t know where I was going to play because I was so good at so many things. Now, after the spring game, they know where they want me to play. They want me to play running back.”
Georgia: “When I first got Georgia, it was at a camp. I’ve always watched Georgia because I live in Georgia. Seeing them do so well made a change in my recruitment. I talk to the defensive coaches a lot.”
South Carolina: “Being up there and talking to coach (Clayton) White is great. I’ve been up there three or four times. I’ve been to South Carolina three or four times. There’s a lot of things to like about South Carolina.”
Baugh currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of 28K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
