Hodgenville (Ky.) Lexington Christian Academy 2025 four-star quarterback Cutter Boley has narrowed his list of top schools down to 10. The list includes Alabama, Florida State, Kentucky, Miami, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oregon, Penn State, TCU and Tennessee.

The 6-foot-5, 200-pounder is the No. 40 overall prospect and No. 3 quarterback in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 1 player in Kentucky.

On3 rates Boley higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. Per the 2025 On300, Boley is the No. 30 overall prospect in the country, the No. 4 quarterback and the No. 1 player in Kentucky.

Kentucky the heavy favorite according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM) to land a commitment from Boley. The Wildcats sit at 92.2%.

Although he’s a member of the 2025 class, Boley has enough credits to be considered a junior academically and the NCAA has approved his official visit to Kentucky on June 9.

Boley’s visited Kentucky several times over the last year and has built a strong relationship with Kentucky offensive coordinator Liam Coen. Coen extended an offer to Boley in Jan. 2021.

“Coen is just easy to connect with. I feel like he’d be a really easy guy to learn from,” Boley told KSR back in January.

While his high school career is far from over, a decision for Boley could be coming sooner rather than later.

“My timetable is actually going to be sooner than I thought, probably in the next five to six weeks,” Boley told On3 in April. “That’s when I’m working on making my decision. There’s going to be a lot of things that go into [my decision]. Scheme, people, and everything. I just want to make sure I’m going to make the right decision.”

“I’m going to take some other official visits – probably to Penn State, Florida State, and maybe a few other ones,” Boley added on. “I’m not sure yet. We have some schools coming to our spring ball practice today. I’m going to talk to them and figure some stuff out.”

Boley currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $275K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
