Damage of Dallas Cowboys' Sam Williams' car crash revealed
Sam Williams, a rookie edge rusher for the Dallas Cowboys, got into a car crash that forced both parties to go to the hospital for precautionary reasons.
“The driver of the Corvette is Samuel Williams, a football player with the Dallas Cowboys. Both parties were transported to a local hospital for precautionary reasons, but no serious injuries have been reported,” The Plane PD announced.
Now, a video has emerged of the damage to the vehicle itself. You can look at that video, here:
The video shows what appears to be pretty severe damage to Williams’ Corvette. There is damage to both the front and the driver’s side of the car, and it can be seen getting ready to be towed away.
Williams was a second round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft out of Ole Miss. He has already started making an impact with three sacks on this season.

Going into college, Williams was a four-star recruit in the Class of 2017. He was the second-ranked edge rusher in that class, according to the On3 Consensus. The On3 Consensus is a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
During his Ole Miss career, Williams had 22.5 career sacks and 32.5 tackles for loss.
Sam Williams announced everyone is alright
Luckily, Williams was able to announce that everyone is safe and relatively healthy following the car crash.
“I’m okay so is the other person that was involved,” he tweeted.
While he was briefly hospitalized, Williams has since been released from the hospital. However, his status for Dallas’ game against Philadelphia is unclear.
