On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine: Virginia Tech trending for Davi Belfort
Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Gulliver Prep three-star quarterback Davi Belfort holds offers from several of the top Power Five programs in the country but one school has quickly emerged as the heavy favorite to land Belfort.
After recent updates around the recruiting industry, Virginia Tech now holds a 81.2% percent chance to secure his commitment according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM).
Michigan State is the only other school outside of Virginia Tech at the top that has more than a 3% chance to land a commitment from Belfort. The Spartans stand at 6.5%
On3 National Recruiting Analyst Sam Spiegelman put in a prediction for Belfort committing to Virginia Tech Wednesday with his confidence in the pick at 65%.

Virginia Tech’s received two visits from Belfort with the last coming on Jan. 21. Florida holds the highest number of visits from Belfort as he’s visited Gainesville three times.
The 5-foot-11.5, 185-pounder is the No. 442 overall prospect and No. 28 quarterback in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 63 player in Florida.
Belfort has an On3 NIL Valuation of $207K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes.
