A four-star safety ranked No. 200 in the 2025 On300, Phoenix Mountain Pointe’s Rylon Dillard-Allen is beginning to rack up big offers around the Pacific time zone.

Dillard-Allen’s latest offer comes from Oregon, possibly the biggest program to offer him to date. Dillard-Allen is set to visit the Ducks this weekend as they host USC under the lights. Five additional offers include Nevada, Arizona State, Arizona, Washington and Colorado State.

Oregon first opened a line of communication with Dillard-Allen toward the end of his sophomore year. The Ducks have stayed with him since and traveled to Phoenix to offer him in-person at his school. Dillard-Allen said he maintains weekly conversations with safeties coach Chris Hampton and occasionally texts with defensive coordinator Tosh Lupoi.

For the in-state Arizona Wildcats, that is the school Dillard-Allen has visited more than any other.

“I go to Arizona like every time they play,” Dillard-Allen told On3. “Every time they have a home game, I go up to Arizona — me and my crew, we drive up to Tuscon which is about a two-hour drive. We go up there and watch the game. So I’m pretty heavy with Arizona.”

Proximity to home and the likelihood of early playing time are two key positives about Arizona for Dillard-Allen — and a reason the ‘Cats remain high on his list.

“They’re pretty high on my list, I would say,” Dillard-Allen said. “Because that’s the school my parents want me to go to, because my parents would like me to stay in-state. So that’s the school my parents would like me to go to. They’re always trying to get me around so I can get closer with the coaches and stuff like that. They treat me and my family like family there.”

Dillard-Allen taking his time

Dillard-Allen said as of now, he doesn’t have a set timeline — only that he would like to take things slow so that his first commitment is his last.

“I would say early playing time and then location a little bit,” Dillard-Allen said were factors in his recruitment. “And obviously, NIL money is kind of involved, so obviously how much money you can get.”
