DL Josiah Griffin announces commitment date

Springfield (Mass.) Springfield Central defensive lineman Josiah Griffin announced on social media that he will be revealing his college decision very soon. His commitment date will be Sept. 16, according to a message he posted on social media.
Griffin is not ranked in the 2023 On3 Consensus or the 2023 On300. He is 6-foot-4 and 230 pounds.
Multiple Power Five programs have offered Griffin, including Boston College and West Virginia. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, the Eagles have a commanding lead for his commitment at 97.1%.
