Hickory (N.C.) three-star wide receiver Jamien Little has committed to Duke, he announced on Sunday.

He chose the Blue Devils after decommitting from Wake Forest on Nov. 10. He was pledged to the Demon Deacons for nearly eight months, but is now set to ink with head coach Manny Diaz and Co. in Durham.

Little is the No. 865 overall prospect and No. 139 wideout in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 22 player in North Carolina.

The 6-foot-2, 175-pounder has now put together back-to-back impressive high school seasons for Hickory — which is currently undefeated at 13-0, vying for another North Carolina 3A state title. As a senior, he’s hauled in over 50 passes for 1,167 yards and 16 touchdowns, according to MaxPreps. That follows a junior campaign that witnessed 70 catches for 1,372 yards and 20 TDs.

Little becomes commitment No. 27 for Diaz and the Duke staff this cycle. He is the fourth listed WR to join the fold, alongside Gray (Ga) Jones County three-star Jaivon Solomon, Hamden (Conn.) Hall three-star Qeanu Johnson and Malvern (Pa.) Prep’s Andrew Pellicciotta.

Greensboro (N.C.) Grimsley four-star EDGE Bryce Davis originally committed to Clemson, but flipped to the in-state program on Aug. 25. He’s now the No. 123 overall prospect and No. 18 EDGE in the cycle. Pittsburgh Central Catholic four-star linebacker Bradley Gompers has been in the class since June 16 and is the No. 129 recruit and No. 10 LB overall. The Blue Devils are battling Michigan late for Gompers’ pledge.

“Duke has always been in the back of my mind. When you take away all of the logos and things like that, and I think about where I will really be happy at, the school is Duke. They have everything for me, and it really came down to me getting over the perception of me going to Duke and going there and making it my own,” Davis told On3 upon flipping from Clemson.

“It came down to me being a top priority for them. Since coach Manny Diaz got there, they have made me feel that way. They treated me and my family great and I love the opportunities they offer. Duke has everything I need.”

Mandeville (La.) three-star running back Nate Sheppard is a top-500 recruit and has been in the class since the end of August. Loganville (Ga.) Christian Academy three-star DL Bariate Kara, Boston Belmont Hill three-star EDGE Sampson Onuoha and Burlington (N.C.) Walter M Williams three-star quarterback Dan Mahan are some of the other top commits in the mix.
