Dylan Harper, Ace Bailey, Flory Bidunga headline the Under Armour Elite 24 Camp
Atlanta, Georgia – The Under Armour Elite 24 camp issued invites to the elite prospects across the 2024 and 2025 classes. This three-day event will culminate in a Saturday event game at 8:00 PM Eastern on ESPNU.
Headliners of this event include 2024 Industry Ranking five-star prospects Dylan Harper, Ace Bailey, Flory Bidunga, Bryson Tucker, and Derik Queen. In the 2025 class, Isaiah Harwell and Caleb Wilson are carrying the five-star banner.
Five players participating, all in the 2024 class, have already committed to a college. Five-Star Plus+ SF Ace Bailey (Rutgers), three-star SG Cole Certa (Notre Dame), four-star PG Tahaad Pettiford (Auburn), Five-Star Plus+ Ian Jackson (UNC), and four-star SG Jamari Phillips (Arizona) are that group.
This game is scheduled to be televised on Saturday at 8:00 PM Eastern on ESPN U.
Stay tuned for top performers and intel from the event, but for now, let’s talk storylines.
Dylan Harper vs. Ace Bailey
Sure, they are the No. 1 and No. 2 players in the 2024 On3 150 rankings, but they will also be teammates in this event. While this is an evaluation camp, it will also be worth paying attention to their interactions. Ace Bailey has been very publicly recruiting Dylan Harper to join him at Rutgers, and things appear to be coming down to the wire with Harper’s recruitment.
Evaluators will be watching the two, trying to dissect their games and how they project forward, heading toward the upper levels of basketball. But, during the week, it might be worthwhile to take a step back and notice the chemistry, and read the body language. Could these two be teammates in Piscataway, New Jersey, next season?
Where will Flory Bidunga go to college?
It is decision week for Flory Bidunga, and we are entering the latter half of the week. Word has started to circulate about a possible Saturday commitment; however, nothing has been made public or confirmed with that notion. That said, he is on the roster, and he is scheduled to be playing on ESPNU on Saturday night.

The final four schools for the No. 6 ranked player in the 2024 On3 150 are Duke, Auburn, Kansas, and Michigan. On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine has Duke with an overwhelming 82.3 percent chance of landing the Five-Star Plus+ center. Bidunga, who won the Indiana state Gatorade Player of the Year, had 41 dunks and 44 blocks this summer on the Adidas 3SSB Circuit this season.
Getting a much-needed look at five-star Bryson Tucker
It has been a while since we have been able to get a consistent look at 2024 five-star Bryson Tucker. The 6-foot-6 wing does not play travel ball during the summer, opting instead to train. He also left Bradenton (FL) IMG Academy in December. Tucker did make an appearance at the esteemed NBPA Top 100 Camp, where he left a favorable impression averaging 19.2 points on 64.3 percent shooting. Michigan State has been the only school to receive an official visit to this point.
Efesosa Oliogu steps into the spotlight
Efeosa Oliogu, a 6-foot-6 wing, played this summer on the Under Armour Next Circuit. This was his second season playing UP in the 17U division. This year, he averaged 16.8 points on 52.8 percent from the field.
The interesting aspect to watch with Oliogu is that he is still somewhat unknown on the national level. Oliogu, a native of the Toronto area of Canada, announced this summer he would be transferring to Daytona Beach (FL) DME Academy. Oliogu has international experience, averaging 12.2 points for the Canadian National Team in the 2021 FIBA Americas 16U Championship. On3 has him No. 10 in the 2025 On3 150. This event could be a nice springboard for the explosive wing.
