EA Sports College Football 25 revealed its top 25 highest rated players in the upcoming edition of the video game Wednesday.

In a nice mix of players, these are EA’s top 10 players in college football going into the 2024 season. What’s even more interesting, none of them are quarterbacks.

You can see EA Sports’ list of the top 10 below.

Top 25 players in EA Sports College Football 25

1. Will Johnson, CB – Michigan, 96 OVR
2. Will Campbell, OT – LSU, 96 OVR
3. Ollie Gordon, RB – Oklahoma State, 96 OVR
4. James Pearce Jr., DE – Tennessee, 95 OVR
5. Caleb Downs, CB – Ohio State, 95 OVR
6. Travis Hunter, WR/CB – Colorado, 95 OVR
7. Malaki Starks, S – Georgia, 95 OVR
8. Mason Graham, DT – Michigan, 95 OVR
9. Quinshon Judkins, RB – Ohio State, 95 OVR
10. Tate Ratledge, OG – Georgia, 95 OVR

EA decided to go with the Johnson as the top player in the game and it’s easy to see why. The Michigan cornerback could be the first defensive back off the board in next year’s draft.

Not only that, Graham, his teammate, is within the top 10 as well. Only the top three players on the list are at a 96 overall rating with the rest tied for fourth.

There we have it, the first quarterbacks listed were Sanders and Beck. The latter is the preseason Heisman favorite and Sanders could very well put his name on that list.

Other standout players include Burden, Carter and maybe an under-the-radar player: Hampton. It’ll be rather fun to use all of these players across the entire game. Or heck, even try to defend them.
