EA Sports reveals Top 15 player ratings of the Big 12 in College Football 25
A few player ratings have been released for the highly-anticipated EA Sports College Football 25. The Big 12 features a ton in the list, getting 15 players inside the top 100 overall. Not bad for the new-look 16-team conference.
Eight players come from programs that joined in the last two years. Unsurprisingly, Colorado has two names at the top, both among the star players Deion Sanders brought with him to Boulder. Cincinnati will be happy with where their guys rank as well.

1. Oklahoma State RB Ollie Gordon — 96 OVR
Gordon is not just the highest-rated player in the Big 12 but he breaks in the top 10 list nationally. He is one of the more anticipated returns in college football this season after rushing for 1,732 yards and 21 touchdowns last year in Stillwater.
Oklahoma State fans looking to play the game will instantly have one of the best players at their disposal.
2. Colorado WR Travis Hunter — 95 OVR
Everyone loves Hunter for his ability to play both ways. EA Sports has determined him to be a wide receiver but once in the game, you have to imagine playing cornerback will be an option.
Hunter is a cover athlete for the game and is now one of the highest-rated guys out there. His first and likely only season in the Big 12 should be a good one.
3. Arizona WR Tetairoa McMillan — 94 OVR
McMillan was one of the top pass catchers in college football after racking up more than 1,400 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns last season, and was rewarded by EA Sports with a stellar rating.
Arizona easily could have lost McMillan to the portal after an offseason coaching change. But he will finish his career out with the Wildcats as they enter the Big 12 with high expectations.
4. Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders — 93 OVR
Rated the best quarterback in the Big 12, Sanders comes in at a 93 overall. He is the joint top-rated quarterback in College Football 25, along with Georgia‘s Carson Beck.
Sanders will be a popular player to use in the game, with his high rating only adding to his hype. Colorado should be frequently used and Sanders is a big reason why.
5. Arizona CB Tacario Davis — 92 OVR
Arizona finds itself with two players inside the conference’s top 15 list. Davis is on the defensive side, though, and projects as one of the best cornerbacks in the Big 12.
We may have not seen Davis wearing an Arizona uniform at one point. He was in the NCAA transfer portal, potentially looking elsewhere. Luckily for those in Tuscon, Davis withdrew, and he is in the game as a Wildcat.
