Efeosa Oliogu is the No. 24 player in the 2025 On3 150. The 6-foot-5 wing transferred to Atlanta (GA) Overtime Elite – OTE – this summer after averaging 16.8 points on 52.6 percent shooting from the field while playing up in age with the Canada Elite program on the Under Armour Next Circuit

“I transferred to OTE to work on my consistency,” Oliogu told On3. “My shot, my game, my habits, everything. I want to become more consistent here.”

On3 caught up with four-star Efeosa Oliogu after a recent live viewing to talk about his recruitment.

Oliogu Talks Maryland

“I took an official visit to Maryland this summer, “Oliogu said. “That is the only official visit I have taken so far.”

Maryland: “I’ve been to Maryland a couple of times, but every time I go, I always feel like it is a good vibe and a good energy. I love the people over there; they treat me like family. I always enjoy my time when I’m over there.

Oliogu Talks Auburn and Missouri

“I am planning official visits to go see Auburn and Missouri, too,” Oliogu said.

Missouri: “I want to get to know the environment and the people there. Coach (Dennis) Gates over there is very straightforward, and he is a genuine person. I feel like a lot of college coaches sugarcoat a lot of things. With him, he straight up tells you what it is and what he wants from you, and then you just got to do it.”

Auburn: “They are showing me a lot of love and a lot of interest. They bring a good energy, and I mess with the energy of a program.”

“There are not really any other schools I’m talking to about visits,” Oliogu said. “My recruitment is still open, and we will see if anyone else starts recruiting me, but as of now, it’s mainly just those three.”

In His Words

“Whoever has my best interest at heart is where I’m going to go,” Oliogu said. “As of right now, the plan is to come out in 2025. If I continue to develop and improve, and I feel like I am ready to come out early, then we will look at coming out in 2024.”

Oliogu’s NIL Valuation

Efeosa Oliogu’s On3 NIL Valuation is $61,000. This puts him at No. 86 in the On3 High School Basketball NIL Ranking. Oliogu’s 10-week NIL Growth is up $12,000, or 25 percent.

The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
