All eight programs are still in the running to land Hughley on Sept. 23. Hughley sited strong relationships with coaches from all of the programs in the running back in July when he announced his top eight schools.
Many of the teams on his list have been teams that have been recruiting him from the start.
“There’s something in me that’s telling me to go with the schools that’s really interested and that’s believing in me first,” Hughley said back in July. “We always have a great conversation,” Hughley said. “They always want to see me win.”
