Elite IOL Michael Carroll narrows his list to 4 schools
One of the best offensive linemen in the 2025 recruiting class is down to four schools, he told On3’s Hayes Fawcett.
Doylestown (Pa.) Central Bucks East four-star interior offensive lineman Michael Carroll is down to Michigan, Penn State, Georgia and Alabama.
Carroll is the nation’s No. 183 overall prospect, No. 13 interior offensive lineman and No. 4 recruit in Pennsylvania in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

On3 rates Carroll higher than the four other major recruiting services. He is the nation’s No. 27 overall prospect and No. 2 interior offensive lineman in the 2025 On300.
Carroll has official visits set to each of his top four schools. He will see Georgia beginning May 31, Alabama on June 7, Penn State on June 14 and Michigan on June 21.
On3’s Steve Wiltfong had this to say about Carroll’s recruitment earlier this month:
“I also get the sense Alabama has the slight lead going into the official visits for Doylestown (Pa.) Central Bucks East On300 offensive lineman Michael Carroll. Michigan, Penn State and Georgia round out Carroll’s top four, but the standard in Tuscaloosa and the relationships he’s already built with guys like Alabama offensive lineman Tyler Booker has put the Crimson Tide in strong standing. I view Michigan as the biggest challenger.”
