Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei four-star offensive tackle Kodi Greene will take an official visit to USC on the weekend of June 20, he told On3’s Hayes Fawcett on Friday.

The Trojans are working to flip the 6-foot-6, 310-pounder away from Oregon, which has held his pledge since Aug. 12 last summer. Texas is also in the mix for Greene and he’s now set official visits to each of the three schools.

He’ll return to Eugene first and see the Ducks from June 6-8, then head to Austin for an OV with the Longhorns from June 13-15, then round things out in Los Angeles from June 20-22.

Greene is the No. 24 overall prospect and No. 4 OT in the 2026 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 5 player in California.

On3 ranks him higher than other recruiting services. He checks in as the No. 9 prospect, No. 3 OT and top-ranked player in the Golden State, per the 2026 On300.

Greene is currently a headlining piece to Oregon’s top-ranked 2026 recruiting class. He’s one of 10 commits in the mix for head coach Dan Lanning and Co. to date and is the second highest-ranked prospect committed behind five-star tight end Kendre Harrison.

USC is battling the Ducks for the No. 1 spot in the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings early on. The Trojans have the No. 2 class, featuring 11 commits, seven of whom are top-200 recruits. Four-star linebacker Xavier Griffin and four-star cornerback RJ Sermons highlight as top-30 prospects.

Kodi Greene Scouting Summary

On3 writes this of Greene as a prospect:

“Nimble offensive tackle who brings a translatable skill set with size and projectable movement skills. Measured around 6-foot-6, and north of 300 pounds before his senior season. Touts average to solid length for his height. Transferred to SoCal powerhouse Mater Dei for his junior season, primarily lining up at right tackle for the Monarchs. A high-level mover. Fluid and balanced. Works to the second level effortlessly. Dangerous as a puller. Shows good pop in his hands and plays with encouraging power. Has a solid understanding of body positioning, walling off defensive linemen. More advanced as a run blocker, but has the skill set to develop into a reliable pass protector over time. Battle-tested and fared well against top competition as a junior. Can continue to improve his hand placement and overall technique.”
