4-star OT Emanuel Tucker to choose between LSU and Ole Miss later this month

New Albany (Miss.) four-star offensive tackle Emanuel Tucker isn’t planning on being uncommitted for long.
The 6-foot-7 trench monster decommitted from Mississippi State on June 2. On Saturday, he told On3’s Steve Wiltfong and Chad Simmons that he will next commit again next Friday, June 13.
Tucker will choose between Ole Miss and LSU, the two programs that had the momentum in his recruitment ahead of his decommitment from MSU. Tucker took an official visit to Ole Miss last weekend and is at LSU this weekend.
He is the No. 203 overall prospect and No. 16 OT in the 2026 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 9 player in Mississippi.

Coming off his OV to Oxford, Tucker told Wiltfong that he wasn’t planning to make another decision until much later in his process. There’s been a change of plans and the Rebels are now a finalist with a commitment right around the corner.
“It was great,” Tucker said about his time at Ole Miss. “My favorite thing was how they ran their offense. It’s something I’m really interested in and would love to be a part of.”
It’s LSU that has the momentum in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. Following Tucker’s decommitment from Mississippi State, Wiltfong logged a pick in favor of LSU landing the blue-chipper. Tucker will come off his OV to Baton Rouge this weekend and then make a decision in just six days.
