ESPN College GameDay heading to Eugene for Oregon-UCLA
For the first time this season, College GameDay will be featuring a Pac-12 school. One of the conference’s more important matchups of the season is set to take place next Saturday, with the Oregon Ducks hosting the UCLA Bruins. While they are in different divisions, a lot will be on the line at Autzen Stadium.
ESPN announced they would be heading back to Oregon on Saturday night. It’s a favorite of the college football program, specifically with Lee Corso. He and the Oregon Duck have built a special friendship over the years. Now, the two will be back on the same set in dear time.

Depending on how Sunday’s AP poll shakes out, there’s a chance the game could be a top 10 matchup. Oregon only has one loss on the season, coming to Georgia during the opener. UCLA, on the other hand, is undefeated and controls its own destiny in the Pac-12 South — and possibly the College Football Playoff race.
Oregon and UCLA have faced off against another one twice in the past two years, with the Ducks coming out victorious. Chip Kelly is once again returning to his stomping grounds but has not found much success thus far. This year’s Bruins team feels different, especially on the new level.

Luckily for both teams, there was no game to play on Saturday. Well-earned by weeks occurred in both Los Angeles and Eugene. When the two meet on the field, they will be as rested and healthy as one possibly can be in the second half of a college football season.
No network has been assigned to the broadcast quite yet but the kickoff time is known. 2:30 ET or 12:30 PT is when the ESPN College GameDay showdown can commence.
