ESPN College GameDay: Picks for Week 12, Washington at Oregon State

ESPN brought College GameDay to Harrisonburg, Virginia in Week 12, this weekend, with the spotlight on the James Madison Dukes.

James Madison remains undefeated at this point in the season, and they’ll be welcoming Appalachian State to town. The crowd was gigantic and the vibes were immaculate for Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee, Lee Corso and Rece Davis on Saturday.

Moreover, ESPN dipped into the Barstool Sports talent pool for their Celebrity Guest Picker in Week 12, bringing PFT Commenter of Pardon My Take fame to College GameDay. PFT is a graduate of James Madison, and has been championing their rise in 2023, so it was the perfect fit for the show, regardless of Barstool and ESPN’s previous clashes.

UCLA Bruins at USC Trojans: Howard, McAfee and PFT are on the Trojans, while Corso and Herbstreit are rocking with the Bruins.

Utah Utes at Arizona Wildcats: Howard and Corso are on the Wildcats, while the rest are rocking with the Utes.

Georgia Bulldogs at Tennessee Volunteers: PFT is rocking with the Volunteers in honor of Arian Foster, but he’s not everyone’s friend. The rest of the crew is on the Bulldogs.

Texas Longhorns at Iowa State Cyclones: “Pole Assassin did nothing wrong,” PFT proclaimed. How could you pick against the Longhorns after that? Nobody did.

Kansas State Wildcats at Kansas Jayhawks: Only Herbstreit is picking the Jayhawks to get a dub.

North Carolina Tar Heels at Clemson Tigers: PFT and Corso and riding with Dabo Swinney to get the Tigers a win at home.

Louisville Cardinals at Miami Hurricanes: Miami’s favored, but Louisville has a chance at an ACC title. Only PFT believes in the Hurricanes.

Philadelphia Eagles at Kansas City Chiefs: The College GameDay crew began with a Monday Night Football pick, and it’s a Super Bowl rematch. Howard is the only one picking the Eagles to get some revenge.
