ESPN’s College GameDay returned to familiar territory in Week 6. They’ve set up shop in Tuscaloosa ahead of a massive SEC clash between Vanderbilt and Alabama.

Normally, a Commodores-Crimson Tide matchup wouldn’t draw GameDay’s spotlight. But last season’s stunning Vanderbilt upset in Nashville flipped the script, and with the Commodores off to a 6-0 start, this year’s showdown has plenty of juice. It’s one of the marquee games on a loaded Week 6 slate.

Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Nick Saban, Pat McAfee and Celebrity Guest Picker Theo Von are ready to lock in their predictions. Check them out in full below, and see if you agree with their commentary for Saturday’s top showdowns.

ESPN College GameDay Picks for Week 6:

Vanderbilt at Alabama: Would anyone predict Vanderbilt to get the win this afternoon? Only Von would ride with the Commodores, with the rest of the Gameday crew on the Crimson Tide.

Texas at Florida: Howard and Von are riding with the Gators to pull the upset. Everyone else believes the Longhorns will get the dub on the road.

Miami at Florida State: Herbstreit is on the call, so he’s not making a pick for this one. It was easy for everyone else though, as they picked the Hurricanes to get the win.

Texas Tech at Houston: He’s on an island — Herbstreit is the only dissenter when it comes to the Red Raiders. He’s on the Cougars.

Iowa State at Cincinnati: Herbstreit is the lone wolf on the Bearcats. Everyone else is riding with the Cyclones.

Virginia at Louisville: Von and Herbstreit are thinking the Cavaliers keep it rolling. The rest of the crew is on the Cardinals though.

Air Force at Navy: Howard and Von believe in the Falcons. On the other hand, Saban, McAfee and Herbstreit are riding with the Midshipmen.

ATS — Mississippi State at Texas A&M (-15.5): Saban has the Bulldogs covering the over two-touchdown spread. Everyone else thinks the Aggies have no trouble.

ATS — Boise State at Notre Dame (-20.5): Two College Football Playoff teams from last season. The crew picked this one against the spread — Howard, Saban and McAfee are riding with the Irish to cover, while Von and Herbstreit are on the Broncos, but not outright.
