ESPN College GameDay: Kirk Herbstreit provides update on Lee Corso for Week 12
After missing the last three weeks, a College GameDay staple is returning to the set. Lee Corso is back.
Corso is making his return after a three-week absence for health-related reasons, Kirk Herbstreit announced Saturday morning. But as GameDay headed to Montana for the fierce Montana vs. Montana State rivalry, he’s braving the cold to re-join his co-hosts.
Herbstreit shared the news in a video on Twitter Saturday morning.

“I feel good,” Corso said in the video. “I’m good, and looking forward to the show. … I appreciate all the feelings everybody gave me. It was hard for me.”
Corso has been in and out over the last couple months after initially feeling “under the weather” when GameDay headed to Clemson. He subsequently didn’t make the trip to Jackson State or Georgia, either, but he felt good enough to make his return for Week 12.
College GameDay announced earlier this week it’s heading to Bozeman, Montana, for the Brawl of the Wild. It’s expected to be the coldest GameDay on record, which could make for an interesting show Saturday morning to kick off the penultimate week of the regular season.
