ESPN unveils announcer teams for 2024 College World Series opening round games
ESPN has announced the broadcast teams for this year’s College World Series in Omaha, which is set to begin on Friday afternoon.
There will be no shortage of talent on the airwaves, with ESPN bringing some of its top baseball personnel to call what should be a thrilling College World Series.
Every game will air on ESPN platforms beginning Friday, June 14 through Thursday, June 20 during the dual double-elimination portion of the tournament. A best-of-three championship series will begin on June 22.
Prior to the start of the championship series, ESPN will air a 30-minute pregame show to unveil this year’s Golden Spikes Award winner, given annually to the top amateur baseball player.

In addition to the standard broadcasts, ABC will carry Game 2 of the championship series at 2 p.m. ET on Sunday, June 23. It will be the first time a College World Series game is broadcast on ABC.
