Shemar Stewart
The On3 RPM is getting every indication that the race to land Shemar Stewart continues to tighten. (Chad Simmons/On3)

The dust has settled from a flurry of commitments during yesterday’s All-American Bowl. In total, 10 prospects announced where they will be playing college football during the game, and each one was ranked in the top 300 by On3. With a little less than a month until the February signing period begins, the list of available prospects has slimmed significantly.

That doesn’t mean there is a shortage of talented players left on the board, though. Nineteen prospects ranked as four- or five-star prospects by the On3 Consensus remain unaccounted for, including a trio of five-stars. Here are all of the blue-chip prospects still available in the 2022 class:

5-star DL Shemar Stewart

On3 Consensus: No. 7
Schools Considering: Georgia, Texas A&M, Miami
The Skinny: Opa Locka (Fla.) Monsignor Pace defensive lineman Shemar Stewart is the third-best defensive player on the board. LSU was thought to be the favorite over the summer, then that switched to nearby Miami early this fall. Both the Aggies and Bulldogs have put together elite defensive classes are hopeful Stewart can be the cherry on top. The RPM favors the Aggies for Stewart, giving them a 65.6 percent chance.

5-star OT Devon Campbell

On3 Consensus: No. 10
Schools Considering: Texas, USC, Oklahoma
The Skinny: Oklahoma and Texas appeared to be the leaders at different points, but it’s the Longhorns who look to be in pole position here after the shakeup on Oklahoma’s coaching staff. RPM lists the Longhorns as an overwhelming favorite with a 93.3 percent chance to add him to their class.

5-star OT Josh Conerly Jr.

On3 Consensus: No. 22
Schools Considering: Miami, Oregon, Oklahoma, Michigan, USC
The Skinny: Seattle (Wash.) Rainier Beach tackle Josh Conerly Jr. was expected to announce at the All-American Bowl but announced that he would instead be delaying beyond February. He plans to take official visits to USC and Miami before then and could potentially take two more.

4-star S Jacoby Mathews

On3 Consensus: No. 33
Schools Considering: Texas, Texas A&M, LSU, Alabama, Florida
The Skinny: The race remains open for Ponchatoula (La.) High safety Jacoby Mathews. In-state LSU has been considered the favorite at different points, but others have gotten into the mix. He had two very good visits to Texas and Texas A&M, and he plans to take officials to LSU, Alabama and Florida this month.

4-star RB TreVonte’ Citizen

On3 Consensus: No. 67
Schools Considering: LSU, Auburn, Florida
The Skinny: TreVonte’ Citizen was considered an LSU lock before the firing of Ed Orgeron. Now, Auburn and Florida have pushed to get in the mix for the four-star running back. Citizen visited Auburn this summer and could see Florida’s new coaching staff before he decides.

4-star DL Christen Miller

On3 Consensus: No. 133
Schools Considering: Georgia, Ohio State
The Skinny: It has long been a two-team race for Christen Miller, and as of now, Georgia appears to be in the pole position. The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM) gives the Bulldogs a 93.5 percent chance of landing him.

4-star CB Jahlil Florence

On3 Consensus: No. 151
Schools Considering: Oregon, USC, Miami, Florida, Oklahoma
The Skinny: Jahlil Florence was one of a number of Oregon decommits after Mario Cristobal departed, and he has quickly become a major target for the above five schools. Cristobal and Co. have made a big push to get him to Miami, but he is also taking a visit to Oklahoma, which he hasn’t seen before. He told On3’s Chad Simmons that the Ducks are still very much in contention.

4-star WR DJ Allen

On3 Consensus: No. 180
Schools Considering: TCU, Florida, Texas Tech
The Skinny: DJ Allen backed off his commitment to TCU when head coach Gary Patterson was fired. He picked up an offer from Florida on Dec. 30, but he has yet to set up any visits.

4-star LB T.J. Dudley

On3 Consensus: No. 235
Schools Considering: Clemson, Florida, UCF
The Skinny: Florida and Clemson seem to the biggest players for four-star linebacker T.J. Dudley. When he decommitted from the Ducks last month, On3’s Chad Simmons said: “He’s been looking around a little before this news broke, and now I don’t see him ending up back at Oregon, Simmons said. “Dudley would love to stay closer to home.” He told ClemsonSports’ Joseph Hastings that he plans to take an official visit to Clemson Jan. 21.

4-star WR Treyveon Longmire

On3 Consensus: No. 302
Schools Considering: West Virginia, Cincinnati Mississippi State
The Skinny: Treyveon Longmire decommitted from Kentucky last month, but there’s been very little movement in his recruitment since then.

4-star CB Khamari Terrell

On3 Consensus: No. 313
Schools Considering: Florida, USC, Oregon, Baylor, Clemson, Mississippi State
The Skinny: Khamari Terrell has seen a flurry of interest over the past month, receiving offers from USC, Florida, Oregon and Clemson. He plans to visit the Gators, but he has yet to set any other trips up. He also took official visits to both Baylor and Mississippi State before the early signing period.

4-star IOL Dave Iuli

On3 Consensus: No. 324
Schools Considering: Oregon, Miami
The Skinny: Dave Iuli had been committed to Oregon since December but decommitted on Christmas Day after Mario Cristobal left for Miami. He plans to visit Oregon, USC and Miami this month before ultimately making his decision.

4-star LB Michael Williams

On3 Consensus: No. 345
Schools Considering: UMass, Purdue, Bowling Green
The Skinny: Michael Williams was considering a Michigan State lean for some time, but the Spartans haven’t been recruiting him heavily for a while now. He recently picked up offers from UMass, Purdue and Bowling Green.

4-star S Laquan Robinson

On3 Consensus: No. 388
Schools Considering: Auburn, Ole Miss
The Skinny: Laquan Robinson is another prospect who has very little happen recently in his recruitment. Ole Miss and Auburn were considered the leaders at one point, but it remains to be seen if that is still the case.

4-star RB Terrance Gibbs

On3 Consensus: No. 400
Schools Considering: Texas, Florida
The Skinny: Terrance Gibbs decommitted from Florida soon after head coach Dan Mullen was fired. Texas has been considered the likely landing spot, but it remains to be seen if they have room in their class. He took a surprise visit to Austin at the end of the most recent contact period, but the Longhorns currently have 27 prospects signed and are the likely favorite for Devon Campbell.

4-star CB Jamarrien Burt

On3 Consensus: No. 408
Schools Considering: Florida, Miami, Boston College, Utah
The Skinny: Jamarrien Burt decommitted from Florida on Nov. 21 and was later offered by Miami and new head coach Mario Cristobal. Both Boston College and Utah jumped in with offers this past week.

4-star DL Nasir Pearce

On3 Consensus: No. 425
Schools Considering: N/A
The Skinny: Nasir Pearce‘s recruitment has been quite for some time now. He last reported an offer from Colorado in November 2020.

4-star WR Stephon Johnson

On3 Consensus: No. 442
Schools Considering: Oregon, SMU
The Skinny: Stephon Johnson is fresh off his decommitment from Oregon just a few days ago, and he quickly received an offer from SMU. The Mustangs are his hometown school and could steal him away from Dan Lanning and the Ducks.

4-star WR AJ Johnson

On3 Consensus: No. 450
Schools Considering: N/A
The Skinny: AJ Johnson decommitted from LSU in August, but his recruitment has been largely silent since then. He hasn’t reported any offers since then, but he’s one to keep an eye on as we head toward Feburary.
