Fast-rising OT Stanton Ramil adds Duke, Mississippi State offers
Alabaster (Ala.) Thompson offensive tackle Stanton Ramil plays at one of the premier high school programs in the Yellowhammer State. But until recently, his recruitment hadn’t taken off like some of his teammates. That could be changing.
In the past two weeks, Auburn, Virginia and Missouri have all offered the 6-foot-7, 290-pounder. On Friday, Duke offered. And Saturday, Mississippi State joined the mix, pushing Ramil up over a dozen Division I offers.
Ramil is the No. 384 prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 23 offensive tackle and the No. 23 junior prospect in a loaded Alabama class.
