Breaking down the finalists
Sanchez discussed what stood out about each school
Ohio State Buckeyes: I feel like coach Walton with all the experience he has being in the league stands out. Being a DC coaching guys like Jalen Ramsey, Tyson Campbell, I think he can take my game to the next level.
Alabama Crimson Tide: Just look at the long line of DBs Nick (Saban) put in the league. Also, who doesn’t want to be coached by Nick, especially as a DB.
Texas A&M Aggies: They’re down the road, the home state team. Coach BGA came in with a group of guys who he didn’t recruit and was just handed so he had to make it work. That’s what he’s doing so I mean if a coach can do that it shows he knows what he is doing.

Scouting Summary
On3’s Scouting and Rankings team writes this about him as a prospect:
“Tall, athletic cornerback with a high level of technical skill as an underclassman prospect. Stars for one of the top high school football programs in the state of Texas. Listed at an unverified 6-foot-2, 170 pounds. Took a big jump as a sophomore, showing lockdown tendencies, particularly in man coverage. Smooth and technical with the footwork, instincts and play speed to stay attached. Makes some impressive plays in downfield coverage. Turned in some strong track times as a sophomore, with a personal best of 10.81 seconds in the 100 meters. Looks to have one of the best size and speed combinations among cornerbacks early on in the 2025 cycle. Will need to continue adding good mass and strength in addition to continuing to develop his already solid ball skills.”
He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $180K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
